BECOME AN AVON REPRESENTATIVE

Here is some information on becoming a Representative:

• As an Avon Independent Representative, you may sell to customers all across Canada as there is no specific territory assigned to you. Your customers and you will be able to order online where you will easily manage your whole Avon Business as well. You will have access, amongst other features, to flexible ordering, easy returns, enhanced ordering capabilities and easy payments.

• Avon offers a guaranteed discount program where your discount is based on your Achievement level. To help boost your sales, throughout the year, there are different incentives programs offered to Representatives and Customers.

• You will be supported by a a Mentor, a Business Development Manager or a Field Sales Trainer who will help you start your business. Our Specialists at the Customer Care Centre are able to answer all your questions concerning your account, policies and procedure and products.

• As an Independent Sales Representative you are considered as someone operating a business from home. As such you are responsible for ordering your products and sales aids, delivering your products to your customers, returning products and paying your account.
